Amanda Elsea

Amanda Elsea is the Project Lead for the Healthcare Philanthropy Team. She began her career at UVA in 2016 and has been with the Health System Development office since 2018. Amanda specializes in collaborative fundraising, coordination of gifts, prospecting and pipeline development, as well as finding ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Amanda’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bridgewater College, a paralegal certificate from James Madison University, and a certificate in Neuroscience from Harvard University. Prior to UVA, Amanda has over 10 years of experience with several Virginia non-profit organizations.
