Join us for Collab Day at Old Ivy! On the third Wednesday of each month, University Advancement hosts Collab Day. This is an opportunity for our team to gather, learn, and work together. If you are a remote team member traveling to Charlottesville, please reserve your room using this form.

Come join us for a 30 minute hands-on session of Advance Reporting. We will talk about the reporting ecosystem and practice running a report in Advancement Performance. The last 30 minutes will be for drop-in hours.

Join fellow Early Adopters for an interactive roundtable designed to help you make the most of your new Hub experience. We’ll walk through how to set up your profile, follow and subscribe to content that matters to you, and customize your notification settings. You’ll also have the opportunity to share feedback, ask questions, and hear how others are starting to engage with the platform. Kevin Hickman, University Advancement Budget Manager, will cover what is new for FY26 regarding expenses, reimbursements, and coding. Kevin will also highlight key components of University Advancement’s travel policy, review UVA employees' education benefits, and discuss the T/E misuse policy. Please note, this session is required for University Advancement staff who initiate and process travel reimbursements and will count towards APT certification.
