We are thrilled to introduce our new employee referral program. Here’s how it works:

1. Refer: If you are an employee of University Advancement (with a direct reporting line to the Vice President of Advancement), you can refer outstanding candidates for open positions within our organization, including UVA Health Development. Check out the Advancement Careers page for a list of open positions.
2. Submit: To make a referral, simply fill out the Employee Referral Form. Provide basic contact information for the referral and indicate the position they’re interested in. LinkedIn profiles are especially helpful, and resumes can be attached.
3. Reward: When your referred candidate is successfully hired and employed for one year, you will receive a $500.00 bonus as a thank-you from University Advancement.

Exclusions: Referrals currently employed by other areas of UVA or its affiliated organizations (foundations, etc.) at the time of referral, or those who were previously employed by University Advancement at UVA, won’t qualify for the bonus.
