Jordan Williams
Assistant Director for Application Support and Training
Jordan is the Assistant Director for Application Support and Training for University Advancement. Their primary responsibilities are providing technical training and overseeing the Advancement Help Desk.
Jordan has 6 years of advancement experience in annual giving where they ran the call center and digital giving programs for their alma mater, James Madison University. During their time, they provided training and support for hundreds of students, alumni, and staff alike. Jordan has also presented at CASE District III on call center strategies, one of their specialties.
Jordan is a Shenandoah Valley native and graduated from James Madison University with a degree in computer science. They still live in Harrisonburg, VA and like playing games (board, video, and tabletop) and riding their motorcycle in their free time.
