Assistant Director for Application Support and Training
Jordan is the Assistant Director for Application Support and Training for University Advancement. Their primary responsibilities are providing technical training and overseeing the University Advancement Help Desk.
Jordan has 6 years of experience in annual giving running call center and digital giving programs for their alma mater, James Madison University. During their time, they provided training and support for hundreds of students, alumni, and staff alike. Jordan has continued to expand on both their technical and training expertise for the last two years at UVA working on technology onboarding and support.
Jordan is a Shenandoah Valley native and graduated from JMU with a degree in computer science. They still live in Harrisonburg, VA and like playing Magic the Gathering and riding their motorcycle in their free time.
