Manage Events with Ease
Two great event management tools are available for use by the Advancement Community. Eventbrite's ease of use makes it our primary tool. For multi-day or higher touch events, Cvent may be the right tool for you.
Eventbrite
Use Eventbrite to create one-time or recurring events, invite attendees, offer seating options, collect payment or offer free events, provide private or all-comer events, and manage attendees.
- For account creation or help using Eventbrite, submit a Help Desk ticket.
- After your account has been created, log into Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/signin
- Access training materials in the Hub Learning Library.
Cvent
Cvent is an event management software that is robust and flexible enough to meet many needs from one-on-one meetings to complex user conferences. It allows for the creation of express one page event registrations or a completed branded event website with multiple pages such as event agendas and paths.
