
The new Advancement Hub is coming June 23!
On the new Advancement Hub you can find important documents, learn more about your colleagues, and stay up to date with the latest news and events at UVA all on the Hub. The Hub also features software integrations that provide additional security and make it easier than ever to access the tools you need for your work at Advancement.
The new Hub will be part of the single sign-on feature UA uses to launch other secure services. This means when you start your day on the new Advancement Hub through NetBadge, you will have seamless access to other services such as Workday or the Help Desk without the need to log in again.
Along with the many new features and capabilities, the new Advancement Hub will provide direct access to the new LMS and host the new Help Desk Self Service Portal.
The Learning Management System (LMS) is an enhanced tool to provide asynchronous training, maintain transcripts, and track attendance. The LMS enhances your ability to learn new technologies, policies, methods, and more. You can access the LMS directly on the Hub for a seamless transition.
The Help Desk Self Service Portal (Portal) empowers you to get quicker answers to common inquiries through expanded resources. The Portal allows you to address issues whenever you need, putting the power of resolution into your hands through resources that are readily available at any time. The Portal also assists you by expanding your knowledge and allowing you to assist your colleagues as questions arise.
The Hub will grow with us, adding new features to meet evolving needs for content, training, events, and more, while remaining streamlined and user friendly. Below is only a sample of the several new features offered by the Hub.
