Things to Know for Week of Learning

The Cvent app will help you locate which room each session is in and allow you to adjust your registration easily. 

• How do I register or view/update my registration? 
  • Visit the Week of Learning website.
• Week of Learning app allows you to view your schedule, check into sessions, provide feedback, and more!
  • Download the app.
  • Enter the EventId: UVAWOL2024
  • Enter your contact information
  • You will receive an email or text message with a code. Enter the code.
  • Once you’ve completed these steps, the app will download your sessions, giving you access to your schedule, check into sessions, provide feedback, and more.
• The dress code is business casual. 
• Meals will be provided.
• Staying at The Forum Hotel
  • Use their valet parking service.
• Parking at Darden School Parking Garage (August 19-22)
  • Each day, go to the Offstreet Parking website.
  • Enter your license plate number and state.
  • Click “Next.”
  • Enter your name and click “Park.”
  • Repeat this process daily.
