Subject Matter Experts
The work of this project is broken into specific, smaller parts (which we call “sprints”), where we discuss, make decisions, and take action on different aspects of the transformation process. Within the project we describe the four major sprints as:
- Functional (interface, business process & tool functionality);
- Data Conversion (how we map and convert our data into the new system);
- Integrations (identifying and establishing processes for data that will be transferred regularly from other systems); and
- Information Delivery (including reporting, dashboards, and other ways that Salesforce/ascend will surface data to the end user).
The last sprint series (information delivery) has not yet begun; you will hear more about this from the project team when we begin.
